About West Farm

West Farm Cottage is situated on a 370 acre working beef and arable farm 4 miles from Bridgnorth. The farm is part of the ‘Countryside Stewardship Scheme’ which means we farm in a way that cares for natural habitats and the environment.

 

We are a family run farm and you are welcome to explore and meet the animals. We have cows, sheep, hens, cats and Poppy the farm dog!

 

 

 

For children, (or adults!), we have a range of information sheets, worksheets and activities based around the farm. These are available in the cottage for any one interested.

 

We also offer free Educational Visits to schools.

 

For families that Home School their children we can provide a full weeks activities based on the farm and in the surrounding countryside. This is linked to the National Curriculum and is designed by Deborah who is a qualified Key Stage 2 teacher.
